>Don’t Do It DeSantis!
With the impending news on Pete Hegseth (see today’s TRUMP 2024) and his controversies, the rumor of speculation now is that Trump may circle in on Gov. Ron DeSantis of Florida to fill the role of Secretary of Defense. Selfishly, I hate the idea. DeSantis is mainly beloved in Florida and is the state’s strongest governor in years. With two years left in his term, he can still be very impactful in keeping the state red and thriving, but with him gone, it leaves a lot of things up in the air. We discuss this extensively on today’s program…

>Adams boards the Trump Train
It’s rare when you get a Democrat agreeing or aligning with Trump. It’s even rarer when you get one of them to do it openly. Mayor Adams of NYC is letting his fellow party members know that he will be assisting Trump in deportation efforts, and doesn’t care if he gets “canceled” for it. Read More Here.

II: WHITE HOUSE 2024
TRUMP 2024
Former Fox News co-host Pete Hegseth continues to face intense scrutiny after President-elect Donald Trump nominated him as Secretary of Defense.
A former Army National Guard officer who served in Guantánamo Bay, Iraq, and Afghanistan, Hegseth is a Princeton and Harvard graduate and a decade-long Fox News contributor. Since his nomination, he has faced allegations about past relationships. Now married to his third wife, he has seven children.
In addition to sexual assault allegations, NBC News published a report claiming Pete Hegseth showed up to work at Fox News intoxicated, a claim strongly denied by his colleagues. Other reports allege he was forced out of leadership roles at two veteran-focused non-profits over accusations of financial mismanagement.
Basically, it’s a tough time to be Pete Hegseth right now, especially with the looming possibility of his replacement being Gov. DeSantis.
Hegseth spent Wednesday on Capitol Hill meeting with senators before his eventual confirmation hearings. A CBS News reporter caught up with him and his wife during their visit to ask about his controversies and his relationship with Trump following the outbreak of controversial reports.
ALSO: Trump announced that Peter Navarro, 75, will join his administration as a senior counselor for trade and manufacturing. A key Trump ally, Navarro held a similar role in the first administration but recently served prison time for defying congressional subpoenas related to the Jan. 6 protest. Read More Here.
The LEFT 2024
While countless Americans are dealing with a lack of significant government aid from recent natural disasters, such as Hurricanes Helene and Milton this autumn, President Joe Biden is using a billion dollars of taxpayer money to alleviate the burdens of natural disaster impacts in… Africa.
The United States will deliver over $1 billion in humanitarian aid to address food insecurity and urgent needs in 31 African countries affected by drought and conflict, according to USAID. The announcement was made by Biden while visiting Angola.
During his first and only state visit to Africa, 82-year-old Biden appeared frail as Angolan President João Lourenço, 70, guided him at a Tuesday arrival ceremony in Luanda. Lourenço pointed out a step to prevent Biden from tripping as he approached the podium outside the presidential palace.
Observers also noted that Biden appeared to "rest his eyes" or briefly fall asleep during a meeting with African leaders in Angola, proving once again that the leader of the free world is not beating the “Sleepy Joe” nickname. Seated among the African officials, Biden was seen closing his eyes and resting his head as Tanzania's Vice President Philip Mpango spoke, keeping his eyes shut for over a minute. Thankfully, there was no snoring.
ALSO: Democrat Adam Gray narrowly won California's 13th Congressional District by 187 votes, defeating Republican incumbent Rep. John Duarte. The district, one of California's most competitive, was the last race to be decided. Republicans secured a House majority with 220 seats to Democrats' 215. Read More Here.
III: BORDERLESS
The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that ICE can continue using Seattle's King County International Airport (Boeing Field) for deportation flights, rejecting a 2019 local order opposing Trump-era immigration policies.
The court found the order unlawful, stating it discriminated against ICE and interfered with federal operations. In 2019, the airport was used to deport migrants, a practice the county had attempted to block.
The ruling found that a 2019 order by King County officials forced ICE to use a more distant Yakima airport for deportation flights, raising costs and security risks. ICE sued in 2020, arguing the order violated a WWII-era contract granting federal access to the airport and unlawfully discriminated against ICE operations.
In other words, it’s time to fly home!
